Booking Policy:

Clients must have at least 40% of their lashes extensions remaining to qualify for a refill. If less than 40% remains, clients must book a full set.

Guest Policy:

Clients are not permitted to bring extra guest to their lash appointment.

Distraction Policy:

Clients are required to refrain from making phone calls or texting during their lash appointment to ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted experience for both the client and lash technician.

Grace period:

A 10 minute grace period will be allowed for tardiness. However, if the client arrives later than 10 minutes, the appointment may be subject to cancellation.
